I only mention it because that is still how people many people define Michael Jackson in many places, the comments, jokes etc. about it abound; and people who are not closely following the twists and turns of events tend to remember accusations, more than they remember exonerations. The media doesn't help either. Just saying those accusations didn't ring true to me at the time, or now.
I think Michael Jackson was victimized from an early age by a system that views art and artists (magic and magicians, as a young Oshun Auset saw it :) as commodities to be bought, sold and ruthlessly exploited just like everything else in the system. Whatever the specifics of his death, and whether or not it involved foul play as it now seems it may possibly have done, I think that in the big picture, this vicitmization contributed to his early death.
Well now he has joined the other musical greats who passed before their time in the mighty super-group that plays between sessions of the Ancestral Council.
