Lord Creator, I too have struggled with anger issues in my life. How could I not? Being an Afrikan man with all of the wrongs constantly being committed everywhere we look...

For me, it was a matter of learning about my own anger and how it works. Observing the emotional process from start to finish and also...ACCEPTANCE. You can't look at the world the way it should be. You have to live in reality. This does not mean that you don't work for change, but you have to be able to look at things the way that they are because denial and living in the past are horrible monsters that will devour your soul!! May God bless you by reducing your anger. I understand how painful it is, trust me.
