Greetigns and blessings Ras Marcus.

I agree with your thoughts on this.

Can you though give examples of Rastafari organisations that have this situation occuring ie. Europeans in leadership of them, as I am not aware of this happening so much ?

I have never been to Twelve Tribes meetings but assume they are one order that does allow Europeans into leading positions ? But again I have never attended their meetings so cannot confirm this (This all relates to my experiences here in the UK and the Caribbean).

I have only sighted Europeans dominating a Rastafarian order when it is in areas and countries where there are very few, if any, African Rastafari in the first place to lead them.
For example gatherings I have seen photos of in Italy, or Germany or Chile etc.. It looks that Rastafari there have created their own gatherings/Binghi celebrations and dominate purely because there are no African Rastafari there in any number.

However I haven't sighted here in the UK or in the Caribbean any Europeans in leadership positions withing I&I organ. Unless you are referring to Ikael Tafari, whom many do class as European and not African in race?

I would Give Thanks for you to point out where this is happening to raise awareness etc..
