Tell me how my statement said that blowing up gas stations would be productive or progressive.

The point is NOT that blowing up gas stations would do anything productive. It is that people react to adversity, be it productively or nonproductively."* I thought your response was interesting as it wasn't really talking about productive solutions so I added something productive to it.
