re that wikipedia article: I and many other Guyanese do not believe that Fineman's gang was responsible for the Bartica killings, and I am doubtful as to whether he was responsible for the murder of the minister of agriculture either, who could well have been taken out by elements in his own criminal gangster government of Guyana. But he and his army of child soldiers were definitely responsible for the Lusignan massacre, which was a collective punishment of random members of the Indian-Guyanese community, including elderly people and little children, to make them pay for the crimes of the Indian-dominated gov't... two wrongs do not make a right and children are never responsible for the world that adults created... I and all right thinking Guyanese of all races and creeds totally and completely condemn that heinous act for which there was no excuse no matter how much oppression we are under by the racist Indian government of drug traffickers. Punish the guilty, not the innocent.
