Obama is only the Preident of the American System of Government, he is not the Congress, he has to take orders from the Congress, when he has a plan, he has to present it to the Congress, for them to examine it, and for them yto vote on it yes, or no. There are rules and regulations which each President have to follow, whether you are black or white or whatever your race may be, you have to just do what the Congress allows you to do, according to their political Constitution, or else you will be fired, although you have this big title of President. Obama only have a Job, and it is a well paid Job, and that is why ever four years, there are so many politicians who are fighting to get that Job.

It is the same thing in every country, it is just a job, and they are always fighting over it, because of the priviliges which it offers like body guards, free cars and travel in general and various kinds of luxurious living, during the term of Presidency, and even after their terms are finished, they are still given certian amount of privliges for the rest of their life, they also become an international Celebrity along with their children and family in general. But bear in mind, that it is justa well paid job, and if you are capable of influencing the mojarity of the people in your country, with promises of prosperity and jobs etc. then you can win an election, and also get the job as President.
