I too will never love my enimies as myself. Even Malcolm X said that is not intelligent. Infact that reminds me of an old speech given by Malcolm X. Some of us are scared to call enemies "enemies", and scared to call aliens "aliens".
You must realize Ras that we are in the internet age. Everybody that BIG UP Selassie I is not indigenous to Africa, or the so-called new world. This is why I wrote in the other thread, that aliens should not dictate anything to an indigenous African movement such as the Rastafari movement. But this is what our times have come to these days. Makes you wonder what our movement will look like 100 years from now.
As adult Rastas we have alot of work to do. We can not be satisfied with what our ancestors have done, resting soley on that, but we must continue to build and educate the youth.
Since some people like to point to wildlife/nature, one can not overlook the fact that all mothers protect their children from predators, enemies, and aliens. Infact many animals are already born with that most basic instinct for survival. Now look at us....we have lost even the most basic and ESSENTIAL charasteristic that even amimals have for survival.
Every animal know who their natural eneies are. The only animal on this planet that don't is us.
