I don't mean to harsh BUT an image is an image.
I know the engraved, non-photographic images from the 18th and 19th centuries , we all know so well, helped bring an end to slavery.
I know when I first saw them it was one of those "where were you when the towers went down?" or Martin Luther King was shot?" moment
Any supposed allegiances I thought I might have had disintegrated forever.
We are visual creatures so really how more powerful an image do you need???
