seen - thats your point. my point is - a "system" is a good as the people engaged in it. buying/selling land is older than the capitalist model. irrespective of what model we want to place the action of buying/selling in; it happens and it's not going to stop. as individuals we can only control our own actions - and use examples like Sierra Leone as an example of how not to engage our people.
