There are some babies who are always crying because they are not enjoying life, they are kind of sickly and are not able to enjoy life like other babies who are healthy and full of laughter. They are not very active in learning about their so-roundings and are often in sorrows as a result of some kind of ailment which they were born with, and which stayed with them and stiffle their growing activities and learning abilities.
But the healthy babies are very active in their learning and will sometimes do things which surprises their family. When they learn something new, they make it their duty to put it into practice every day until they master it, and then they are ready to move on to another subject. Creeping and talking are two of the very facinating subjects to young babies, because of the communication and the movement from place to place. Very often when babies are creeping they are laughing and rejiocing because of their achievment to move about, and we must watch them carefully for this is when they pull down things upon themselves, causing harm to themselves, are destroy things which they should not have touched.
Take the best care of yourself and your people.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
ONE BLACK HEART ONE BLACK LOVE.
