Exactly like the one (solution) suggested in this piece. Some questions that weren't asked: Is City life natural and are humans entitled to all nature's resources? One must remember that ancient cultures, before the advent of city states, had their own "conservation mechanisms" it was these conservation techniques (totemism), according to Massey, that spawned religion and its resultant centralized religious ideology aka monotheism.

Just as monotheism gave the Prodigal a foot in the door to many parochial or provincial cultures, centralized scientific thought/science will now be used to hasten the extinction of NON-CITY (mechanized metropolis) cultures. Where would the Amish live in Fresco's Utopia?
