Re: Peak Oil?
In Response To: Re: Peak Oil? ()

"Everything in moderation" "Variety is the spice of life" "Life is motion and rest."

One more thing; everything in creation has its period of ascendance, when it occupies the curved space in its temporal sphere; and according to Massey, was the primal thought or the natural genesis of tribal taboos and totems. If the survival of your tribe depended on a particular fowl then eating the eggs of that fowl would be taboo or the leader might in reverence, place a restriction on that fowl during its period of descendance. The ancient totems are now our various gods; deserving of reverence, while our human over-indulgence became vice or sin.
