After the Ethiopian Government sent many envoys to the league of Nations at Geneva, to bring to their attention, the aggression and war which was being inflicted upon the country and people of Ethiopia, and to think that there were no satisfactory reply or assistance given to Ethiopia and her people, against the Italian war and aggression. In the midst of the war His Majesty was told by His chieves and nobles to go to England and reside for some time,and to take care of the countries business from that area of the earth.

In the year 1936, while His Majesty was living in England, along with many of His chieves and nobles, it was brought to their attention, that the League of Nations had arranged a meeting for the 26th of June 1936, to discuss the dispute between Ethiopia and Italy as well as other matters on the agenda. So, His Majesty and some of his chieves decided that they would go to that meeting in Geneva, in order to make known to the world, the injustices which were being handed out to the people of Ethiopia and their country.by the Italian government.

On the 25th of June in the company of Ras Kassa,
Dejazmatch Nasibu, Blattengeta Heruy,Ato Walda Giyorgis Walda Yohannes, Ato Lorenso Taezaz and Ato Efrem Tawalda Madhen, they all left London on their way to Geneva by the way of Paris, arriving in Geneva by train the following morning.

The 30th of June 1836 was the date which was set for Ethiopia to speak their minds, as they addressed the 52 nations assembled there. When His Majesty and His team of Nobles, arrived there for the conference on the appointed day, there were a number of Italian news people there, and when His Majesty stood by the lectern to speak, the Italian started to whistle continuosly, which caused much noise, their intention was to obstruct the speech of His Majesty. As a result of their rude and out of order behavior, the Rumainian delgate M. Titulescu told the President of the Assemble, M. Van Zeeland, that for the sake of Justice, that he should silence those beast.

The President of the Assemble, seeing the rude behavior of the Italians, in front of so many international representatives, ordered the guards to expel the Italians by force, they were then seized and ejected from the conference.

After that incident, His Majesty read His speech in Amaric, and it was arranged that it should be immediately translated into French and English, so the the whole Assemble and the whole world, could understand it.
It is very clear from this article that the Italians are nothing but direct trouble makers. The journey of life continues. Take the best care ofcvyourselves and youe people.
