What about Black Power, Black King, Black Queen, Black Star Liner... why let the dictionary define what 'Black' means?
Majority of African people are black, so what's wrong with saying that?
Obviously I am not Ras Jahaziel, just throwing in a two cents.
I wish I had time to link one poem by Benjamin Zephaniah that deals with this issue in a humorous but serious way... will look for it in a week or two when I'm back online.
