Rastafari Speaks

The Slavery System Was Abolished Years Later

When they abolished slave trading in the Caribean, that did not mean that slavery itself was abolished, what it really meant, was that they would try to control the regular invasion of Mama Africa, and the regular kidnapping of African humanity, and the brutalization of them across the middle passage, to the slave plantations of the qwestern hemisphere. But even though they pass that law in their Parliament, it was very difficult for them to implement it, because there were those Europeans, whose job was to invade Mama Africa, capture and kidnapp as many Africans as they could, brutalized them across the middle passage, to the western hemisphere, and sell those who survive the middle passage as merchandise, and prepare to make another trip to Mama Africa for the very same purpose. Those set of criminals were not interested in slavery on the plantation, their interest were to invade, capture and sell African people as their living.
So, although it has been said that slave trading was abolished, it continuesd to go on, because the slave traders had their investments in their slave ships, their shackles, and their general equiptments for slave trading, and they had no intention of giving up their business transactions.

On the other hand, the main reason why they claimed that slave trading was to be abolished, was because they think that it was less costly, to breed slaves on their plantations, than to continue to buy slaves from the slave traders.
Therefore, by encouraging breeding on the plantations, like they would encourage the breeding of goats and cows, the African children who were born in captivity, would also become their own property, and they could buy and sell from each other, from local stock and cut out the slave trader and their high cost. So, as a result, slavery itself continue for many more years, and even when they decided to have it abolished or polished, it was not done because they considered it a crime, or a mistake to be corrected, but because it was not making any money like it was in the past, so, it was best for them to get out of that business, pay attention to the kind of business, which was new and pro0fitable in Europe at that time. When I return, I will mention the various years, when the slavery system was abolished or polished, in the various colonial countries, since they all abolished slavery, at different period of time. The journey of life continues. Take the best care of yourself and your people.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to Afrcan people everywhere.
ONE BLACK HEART ONE BLACK LOVE.
Baba Ras Marcus.
