Rastafari Speaks

Re: Zimbabwe, Africa and Neo-Colonialism

Mugabe was one of the greatest revolutionaries Africa has produced but like most deserted the cause to help the people free themselves. He has degenerated into blood thirsty despot with no respect for basic human rights, no respect for democracy and he currently presents himself as an old style king. the kind that wants to rule forever.

There is a lesson here that we have to learn that principles are more important that personalities, that in as much as our struggles are defensive and transformative , a developmental approach is necessary. We do not need another jesus, we have help people realize that they can free themselves.

Mugabe is a liability to African revolution! He still pays lip service to the actual revolution and portrays himself as a champion of the people liberation. Those of us who have been to Zimbabwe know the truth.

The sooner he relinquishes power , the better for the people of Zimbabwe. Tshangarai is a puppet of the west and is no solution , there are many capable leaders in Zanu!
