And how does "sacrament" use or discussion about it aid in equal rights and liberation?

There is no greater sacrament than the heart and mind combined in an effort to improve oneself and those within reach.

It may be sacrament where you live but in areas that I am familiar with, it is but another illegal substance that causes many to be put in a position to incur hefty finances losses and criminal records and to be incarcerated where ones cannot provide for and protect their families.

Do you think it is possible to obtain the things that sacrament may give you without having to use it?

Is ganja use mandatory?
