I am not sure if you meant that Diasporan Africans are ALSO guilty in 'the raping of Africa' or you meant EQUALLY guilty. When I first read your comment I did not think you meant equally guilty. However, it is true that many Africans in the Diaspora are complicit in 'the raping of Africa'.
