I don't know how open to reasoning about this you are but if the I doesn't mind, will you speak to the transition out of 'madness'? When did you sight up Rastafari in relation to your 'crisis'? To what do you attribute your ability to stop meds and be alright? How do you overstand the Icept of mental health? Do you sight your experiences of 'mental health crisis' as developing over time and having a beginning, middle and end?
(I ask for a number of reasons, both personal and professional...)
