They still have 16 ships and a total of over 282 crew members held hostage... You think they are all so-called 1st worlders?

There are opportunists amoung them, but not dealing with the root of the problem that created priates in the first place, and only dealing with the innevitable result is the backwards approach that the West always prefers to take and report on.
