seen, finally, sorry it took so long....
I dont think we are talking about all that many people then, are we? Because that sort of definition tends to exclude a huge number of people who simply dont know any better, and narrows it down to those that DO know about the idea of right action but CHOOSE not to. And I mean really choose in this particular case.
