"unfortunately, if you are not against capitalism, you are with capitalism."
I work a 9-5 and i have a few business ventures. for my work i need to get paid. in my business i sale products-my products have a price, the products that i sell are based on my seeking profit from my business endeavors.
...an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market.
at one point i think that you referenced that you own a business. do you seek a profit from your business endeavors? do you determine a price for your goods or services? are their competitors in your industry?
"there is no cushion or sweet-talk of kid-gloves when it comes down to it".
who suggested that there was?
"Capitalism is established by a few to control/regulate/hide resources for THEIR benefit".
ok, if we have acknowledged what you present as having some merit, we must also acknowledge the relaity that:
1) as a businessman I control my assets and products
2) i regulate the prices of my products and services
3) i establish mechanisms by which i 'store' my accumalated wealth for the benefit of my family/race/community.
"Every dollar in America is blood-money".
do you accept american dollars as payment for your work, or do you accept other forms of currency as to not participate in sustaining the value of this 'blood money'
"Why the capitalistic protectionism?"
i am a realist. unless you abstain from from the above mentioned points i raised above, then you are what you're suggesting that i am. if this is the case then one might be able to suggest that your premise is hypocritical.
"Are you that caught up in the illusion of the materialisitic american dream/nightmare?"
your question in my opinion is without merit and i will defer from engaging it at this moment.
