Yes! The appologies would be just a joke. The rest of the world should pay Afrika back everything that was stolen from her. It is a disgrace that it is considered that Afrika owes anything to the west. All the debts should be "forgiven".
Afrika needs to unite and keep all the resources, both natural and "intellectual". This will put Europe and US on their knees. This would also enable the repatriation, not with the financial help of the whites, but with Afrikas own. Afrika has all that is needed, no need to import anything from outside. Instead of begging we would dictate. His Majesty started the works. We need to continue.
