2006 Now In The West, 1999 In Ethiopia?

It is very clear to me, that we are living in two or may more kinds of civilizations. It is also clear that there are lots of idealogical and religious warfare going on across his earth, which appears to be very uncivilize than being civilize. There is no reasoning going on among the Nations upon this earth, as to how, they can try to solve problems and try to restore the earth, as a better place to live for all people. They spend their time competing how to make superior weapons to be used against each other, in the vicious wars which they invent from time to time.

They could easily start to reason, by looking at the fact, that it is now 2006, in the Western Hemisphere, and it is just 1999 in Ethiopia, which one of these figures is right and which one is wrong, it must be a puzzle to many people living in this world.
