Does The National Lottery Encourage Greed?.

In the early days, people use to buy the numbers from their own community numbers person, in order to try to win some money based on their own internal urge, or urge and suggestion from others. In those days, many people could win the numbers on that same day, and could all win from the same number which was played. In these days, the lottery winning pot can go up to some times 350 million Dollars, but instead of making this large amount of money, be circulated, among 350 people each winning a million Dollars, it is constructed in such a way, that one person, is allowed to win that 350 million Dollars, do you think that it would be a more reasonable thing, to construct the National Lottery, in such a just way, that many people would be able to share those large prizes, and cause the money to be more widely circulated in the national and international community?
