I have to agree with others who responded. Your comments are very distasteful with a hint of self hatred and elitism.You cant let one or two bad circumstances be a rule for all.
It is mentalities like yours that continues a rift between Afrikans from the continent and those from the diaspora.
We need to try to bridge the gap by trying to overstand each other not distancing ourselves from each other due to ignorance.
