I know the question wasn't addressed to me... but I don't see anything in what Ayinde or anyone else on this board has been saying, to indicate that, because someone is dark-skinned, female and has an academic qualification, it is somehow disrespectful to disagree with or question her theories.
It's a "theory" after all, I doubt that Dr. Welsing would take offense at people debating or challenging it. That's what's supposed to be done with theories, which are attempts to reach approximations of the truth based on currently available knowledge. All theories are subject to revision (including Einstein's, Darwin's etc.)
