I agree. In my intial post I stated:
"According to modern physics, a vacuum isn't a pocket of nothingness. It churns with unseen activity even at absolute zero, which is the temperature defined as the point at which all molecular motion ceases."
Vacuums are defined as being void of matter but physicists know that not to be true.
Just as absolute zero is defined as the the point where all molecules cease moving. But according to quantum mechanics,nothing is ever truly at rest.
These are generalized/laymens definitions.
