You will feel ‘that force’ strong (and sometimes you won’t). The feeling will be like that for a while until you develop some more. Actually there are three main forces that you will feel at different points ‘upstairs’. In time you will discover more about them in detail, and how they relate to all Trinity Concepts including Concepts in Rastafari. All these things will eventually just make sense. You will experience some really interesting things.

“What am I to do next?”

* Simply do what you have discovered that worked. Reason out things, and check yourself when you find issues troubling to ensure your motives are not conditioned by external forces that could be attempting to enslave the Higher Self. ACT on every truth you realize (after doing that intense examination of things). Look for when you feel that force lifting (similar to the experience you explained regarding apologizing) as that is the clearest sign that you have aligned with Big Truths and are growing. You will figure out much from reasoning and acting.
