Yes, I would agree that the most important aspect in the development of true liberation for all Africans is the development (by the individual) of certain crucial qualities.
I know that there was a time when our communities shared higher values, but, somewhere along our journey, a critical percentage took a wrong turn. We are now trying to find a way back on to the right track. Some have found this way back, but unfortunately, this is not a journey with a map that can be re-produced for mass-distribution. The best that can be done for us is if those who have gone before describe the methods used during thier search for the map. Finding the map is a task each person has to accomplish by themselves.
As you said : "African Unity works in harmony with one's personal quest for unity with one's life-force (self). That can be experienced. Then one would work to develop oneself in harmony with the powers therein."
"Once the unity is worked out on the celestial levels people can experience that here and now and are automatically conscious of being part of a vast network. They are easily able to recognize others who are either approaching a similar path or are on a similar path."
Wisdom and Strength.
