The end result is correcting injustices

My point is simple. If people do not work out the issues associated with Race, Colour and Gender (and other social discords as they come up), to the point of knowing a way to act that does justice to those most affected by the ills of the system, then their plans for improvement will not solve anything.
It is one thing to call on people to unite, but unity will not be achieved unless we properly address injustices. People who feel that unity is possible outside of resolving discords are no different than the charlatans we have for politicians.
Our collective development must be based on reasonable plans that also redress injustices.
I am keeping Colorism on the table until it is treated like any other social issue that should be addressed on an ongoing basis. The Blacks who are opposed to Colorism being kept on this board for consideration are no different to Whites who feel we should stop talking about racism. They are dishonest. There can be no unity with them. They are faking Black Empowerment.
