Can you not send it by certified registered mail and insure it, that is possible in our postal system, or cant you buy a money order for the amount involved from the post office, and then mail the money order to its destination?
How about buying a certified Manageras check from the bank if you are involved with a bank? These are some common ways of sending money in the modern world of transfering money, otherwise, then there is the other way of sending it by western union, in that way, the money is pick up at its destination by those to whom it is sent to, in 15 or twenty minutes. These are very common practices in this ages of computer. I do not know how it is in your country, but I can go to the western union now as we speak, full up a form with my name and address, as well as the name and address of the person to whom I am sending the money, give the money to western union, and the amount they charge to send the amount of money which I am sending, they give me a reciept for the amount which I am sending, that information is transmitted to the country for which it is destined to go, in less than fifteen minutes. Next thing I phone the person to who the money is to go, give them the tracking number which is written on the reciept, he or she take some form of genuine indentification to the western union in their country, and after it is proven that he or she is the person, the money in delivered in cash. Western Union is international as far as I assume, but I could be mistaken. At the same time, it could be functioning in your country, or some thing like it having another name, unknown to you. Do some more investigation, or you may have to just send it by certified registered mail.
