thre are beings on this planet who descend from a deep dark place who are playing with technology in a very serious way.... and these bigns will have the wrath of God's NATURE soon to be revealed in FULL...
* you forget the fundamental principle of Rastafari - Know Thyself - which means the INIverse is within and thus the heart ruling is what determines the course of action. we can't afford to blame mankind's sin on outside forces - it is within. humans organized with selfish intent and hiding behind materialistic power are a force to be reckoned with yes. this great battle between light and dark though that you are using in your theory has been thoroughly literalized as history when the original story line was legendary and allegorical.
man doesn't need to look ANYWHERE outside of himself to see God or the Devil.
