The last thing I want to do is compete and conflict with another positive "Black" individual or group's endeavor. Based on the responses by Ayinde it appears that this venture is progressing along just such a path.
My vision was one of co-operation and assistance. I figured my contribution would be that of a "foot soldier" in this, so far, successful endeavor. Bringing, in whatever way I can the message of this website to those without access.
Unlike Sheshat, I do not think that bell weather organizations like the NAACP owns the exclusive rights to African unification and cohesion. This could be easily accomplished by any person or group, including Rastafari, who at this juncture, seem to be the most ready and willing.
I think we are very alike, we have an empathetic reaction to the ills of the world, this makes us impatient for change. In other words we mind too much.
