An Idea who time has come , I will give De I's my full support , as One's have sought an avenue before to express the abundant knowledge shared on this board in a more concrete fashion with the larger community . This is indeed the Ideal fashion in which to start .. At this point do not try to convince those who are unsure of the efficacy of this idea . We need detractors and doubters to point out what is in our blind spot , but do not allow them to kill this idea before it is born , as it is now in the conception stage .

4.Structure organizational format and operations .
5. Define the next step to manifestation .
6. Appoint an individual to begin organizing and cataloguing the willing .
