eja, in my very small and humble opinion :0)

africans in amorica should promote the continuing effort to combine all of our social and civic organizations into one body withe one voice. that representative body would become our government in absentia, per se, organizing and legistlating on our behalf. similiarly, to what/how ras tafari did while in exile in england.

how about a program to speed and ensure up that process?

eja, the nine areas of people activity in the known universe is locked down by 'white' supremacy / racism :

economics education entertainment labor law politics religion sex war

at this stage, competing for these areas of activity withe in 'white'ness would be an exercise in futility.

yes, ways and means versus hopes and dreams.....

our most viable 'ways and means' is the enlistment of every progressive organizations at
our disposal into one irrefutable voice which simultaneously speaks in one accord while legislating remedies for what really ails us.
