Give thanks for the articulation. My feelings and intuition still stand so I will say it this way:
It is not a fact to my I that Rastafari Makonnen/Haile Selassie I the man has passed from the physical plane. Three burials don't prove it, science doesn't prove it, and H.I.M being out of site does not prove it.
Your reasoning is strong and revealing and I catch its conscious current.
I am not saying for sure that H.I.M in his physical body is alive...I am saying that it has not been revealed to I as fact that he has passed physically.
Why do you state it as fact?
I am also not dealing with magic as H.I.M's example is most transforming through the earthly laws. I am challenging the assertion that because he has not surfaced physically in his own body, because its been over 100 years, and because of three funerals I still see no fact that proves that he is not on earth in his own physical. Again I am open to it being revealed as fact that H.I.M is not in his own flesh born 1892 so it is not blind faith I stand on.
