and your offer of a cuddle will be gladly accepted at least metaphorically as, alas, the tyranny of distance makes all else impossible....
Now to brass tacks, these are two speeate questions that are being conflated here; 1. where did whiteness come from, and, 2. why cant white people make black babies...
To have a go at 1, the answer would be that whitness offered some form of advantage to its genetic owners in a specific gentic circumstance, ie. ice age europe. It is entirely possible that it is not the whiteness per se that conveyed the advantage, it may be linked to some other advantageous characteristic and be largely redundant. Suffice to say that having large concentrations of melanin was clearly not a disadvantage in this habitat, and may well have been a disadvantage as it was 'outbred' by fairer skin types. in much the same way different concentrations of melanin have established themselves in other parts of the world after probably granting some survival benefit, and then being reinforced by social sanctions and notions of attractiveness (as have particular body shapes for example)
as for question 2, well you already know the answer for this one. White couples dont produce black babies for the same reasons that indian or inuuit couples dont. They dont posses the genes for that level of melanin any more. For what ever reason selection has caused the general population to have lower levels of melanin than existed in the 'mother' populations of africa.
The other stuff about unlikely incestuous activity on a huge scale is titilating, but hardly likely, and has a more plausible alternative.... (in i&i opinion of course)
The reality is that genetic survey after survey reveals more diversity with so called racial groups than between them.
