What I have found disingenuous is the way many brothas have the skills to hijack this thread to direct the attacks against the sistas. Indeed oftentimes, when dealing with men they would never acknowledge they are doing most of the wrong. But today we all know that black women face so many obstacles in terms of relationship building. We are less respected, and less appreciated in terms of our natural beauty. More emphasis is how we look according to society’s standards than on our natural God-given attributes, beauty and character. Consequently, black men are MORE likely to marry outside their race than any other race of men. If you don't believe me I suggest you to check the U.S. Census for instance; it says black men are likely to want a white woman or would be inclined to seek them out in settings where multi-racial harmony is encouraged, such as a multi-racial church. But I would be shocked to see, for example, black members of the Baha'i faith involved with black women romantically. In fact, I'd be shocked to see even one all-black couple in such a setting!
Having said that, I remind everyone taht the original post was about these black so-called "conscious" brothas who have so much love for, and are literally falling over themselves in their rush to grab the white, Asian, or the Arabs girls for their wives. And we can read all over in this thread it's these brothas you see claiming "blackness" who find it so hard to find sistas LOL... I'm sure interracial interest has something to do with it, so I meet here the most hypocritical brothas types who claim otherwise. To know it was simple for them to have a family with white women is a failing, it is the source of our problems because the average modern black man is turn off by black women.
Interracial marriages, is becoming an epidemic among western black men. I say western black men because I do not see so many continental African men behaving like this. In the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, the US, Canada, etc. the problem is quite acute. When you visit London you would be shocked literally as you see every single black man with a white woman! When you ask why this is, they say there are not enough black women around them. Can you believe that macho bullcrap on purpose???
Having looked at the phenomena, I had to ask what is really causing this problem. Why is it even black so-called "conscious" brothas like white girls, Chinese girls, light skinned Indian girls, etc. but not wants black women? I also have to ask why ‘a few’ black women receive the most criticism when they are doing 'exactly' what ‘most’ of black men do. IMO, blaming black women is an hypocrite way of thinking. More to the point about black man being so scared of black women, that they claim many of these sistas are overweight, have kids, etc??
