How does syncretism in the home work? What chant?

"Speaking about my area only(or places I have lived/been). The Rastas will not deal with African centered/conscious women unless they are strict Rastafarians. The problem is, a lot of the sisters are into the Kemetic and Aborisha communities, and/or in the liberation/African political movements, don't adhere to the strict Biblical teachings that seem to characterize the teachings of the Rastamen(once again, in the areas I am, and have been). These beleifs often have a heavy paternalistic quality so for the women in the Kemetic ,Aborisha, and African political communitees that is a big turnoff."

I have experienced this, too. It is even painful when one finds a conscious sister into Kemetics, and can not see that Rastafari is the only living, true example, of Kemetic culture in this day and age. Pharoah Mene united only two lands. Emperor Haile Selassie united 33 by 1963 (OAU). Pharoah was worshipped. HIM is worshipped, etc. Yet, with all there Kemetic knowledge, they can't see it, so they go the other way.

Also, so how does that work, Rasta man, Yoruba woman under the same roof? How do them chant? Does the pressure for syncretism ultimately weaken the Ras? How do them things work? A house divided can not stand.

I respect conscious sisters. Would that there were more. However, most of the conscious sisters I know stop short of any commitment to Repatriation, and that is a problem for the Ras as well.
