Where does your view come from? How do you know what you are saying? Much of the information on the ankh/nkwa is written by those who were not necessarily interested in Kemetic technology, only Kemetic religion. The point of the book The Ankh: African Origins of Electromagnetism ws to rescue African people from thinking like the earlier Egyptologists and relegating a useful technology to a mere system of symbology.
Have you read the book? If so, when you were finished with it, were you inspired to actually harness the power of electromagnetism? I know I was. Since electromagnetism "manifests" nearly everything in the universe, SKILL IN NAKH APPLICATION because a tool for African Liberation that goes symbolism. For example, Europeans were not satisfied with the knowledge of the atom. That sought to apply that knowledge, hence Nuclear Power,etc.
The book was suggesting that until now, we have failed to understand the context of the rest of the heiroglyphics in which the ankh was depicted. One example is understanding the use of the djed (battery), cables, lightbulbs, the senk ring in conjunction with the ankh. The book clearly showed that taken together, these were no mere symbols, but a complete, related set of tools, many of the purposes for which we still don't know, let alon can duplicate.
