It is very clear that there are some people who are not truly aware of the original causes and goals of the Rastafari Movemant, or if they are aware, they are trying to change the causes, goals and purposes to please their own ambitions. Case in point, 500 acres of land was granted to African people in the Western Hemishere in Ethiopia at Shashamane. This land was graciously given by the great African patriot Ras Tafari Makenon as a poineer grant, and it was promised, that more land would be granted as the first grant is inhabited and utalized. It took a number of years for the land to be inhabited in a very limited manner, so most of that land was there uninhabited for a while, then came the revolution, which cause a large portion of that land, to be taken over by Ethiopians who were born at home in Ethiopia. Now all that is left of that 500 acres, is about 150,acres. Now why would any European who is reasonable and fair in their thinking, even think of going to Ethiopia, to snatch a piece of that very small portion of land, when Europe is for the Europeans and Africa for the Africans, those at home and those abroad.
Do they not think that their act of slave trading activities, have done Africans as a race of people enough harm, and why are they using the religious gate way to invade Mama Africa again, even when we are still in the great struggle, to redeem Mama Africa and her people everywhere. Evangelization and denomination was used in the past in Mama Africa, and they have left Africa culturally and social poor and divided, resulting in all those tribal and religious wars, which are plaguing Africa today. This land was given to African people in the Diaspora, so why would any well thinking European try to put their nose into this matter, and are also expecting to Repatriate to Mama Africa?
If any European consider themselves to be a member of the Rastafari Religion, then they should also consider themselves to be an educational resources for their own European people, so that can teach them to change their brutish ways, and try to correct the mistakes which they have committed against Mama Africa and her people. If any European, is a convert of the Rastafari religion, that does not mean that he has to go to Africa to live, especially Ethiopia, he or she will be better off living under their own vine and fig tree in Europe, where they can reach and teach their own people, that there is a better way of living, than to continue to invade other people's properties, and kill and enslave them. If they choose to do that, then they would be doing some thing, to help to make this world a better place.
