lay the foundations for many later projects. the development of one institution worthy of the aspirations of many african sociologist/psychiatrist seems mind boggleling but it is not beyond our capabilities. all we need is the right motivation.

'the psychopathic racial personality' is refreshing and neely fuller jr's work should be examined in our quest for solutions to problems.
'comfortably numb' equals 'mentacide' and bothe are part of the unilateral suggestion for self-destruction.

if africans were to develope any self promoting governmental body, an institution dedicated to the spiritual and mental well-being of all affected or "mentacidal" ones would be instrumental in the success of such a government truly for the people.

then who decides which ones are affected withe 'mentacide'? i would hope balanced ones like bantu kelanu and ras marcus.
