I am not aware of deprived Blacks from the Pacific and Asia who are hurting Africa, I know that Blacks who cherish their Arab heritage are doing harm in Africa. And even among them, if some are becoming better informed and can help change negative conduct, then that is a plus.
In general your view and caution is quite understandable if you are taking into consideration what is happening in Sudan, but there are groups of Blacks in India and elsewhere who are developing an awareness of African history and issues, and identify with Africa. I am not aware of Africans outside of their region pushing anything on them, but I feel that because information is more widely available, they pick up on the missing parts of their own history. A few Black Aborigines from Australia visited Trinidad a few years ago, and they were articulating these Black issues quite well. Of course, these people are in the minority for now, but once they are willing, then we should help.
