I talk to myself, it is a great source of healing.

If you look back through all of your post, you will notice how many times you have mentioned Baba Ras Marcus, at times you kind of praise me, and at times you critisized me, but I do not fly of the handle, because words are wind, and you just have to know how to deal with words, sound and power, heat, air and water, past present and future. They all work together because they are all related.
Now if you were living among us in the early days, when we were few in numbers, and were being abused and cursed by our own African people, openly on the streets, on the buses, in the market places, where we generally go on a daily basis, I just do not know what you would do, when people call you a dirty nasty John Crow, which is a scavenger, a stinking dirty nasty dog, a worthless disgraceful good for nothing hog, and various kinds of verbal abuse too many to be mentioned here. And I can tell you, we did not lose our temper, and curse off our own African people, for we were trying to prove to them, that they were our people, and that we are here to rid them of false teachings. And whether you want believe it be true or not, today many of those same people who have abused us, many of them are a part of our African liberation struggle today, while others are very serious sympathizers of our cause.
What you are doing is not good for you internally, you are eating up yourself inside, if your decide that you are going to engage in our reasonings, then you will have to reinforce your internal universe, with internal endurance, mingled with peace of mind and tranquility, for the race is not really for the swift, nor the battle for the strong, but it is for those who endure to the end. By the sweat of a persons brow they may eat bread, but by the sweat of a persons hasty, angry and foolish ideas they fade away.
I think I have tried my best to share some wisdom here, but you have resisted from time to time. So again I will say, that if there is any thing which you find in my presentation to be reasonable, you are free to take it, and use it among your people in your assemble, but if ther is some thing which you think is unreasonable, then leave that alone, just think of me as a student who still have a lot more to learn, and who some times makes great mistakes, I would be really glad if you would just do that for me, instead of putting your self through all that great internal and external distress, which is clearly visible in your post.
I am assuming, that you can do much better than you are doing, if you take my humble advice and try your very best. I would suggest to you, that if you can find a very cool shady tree, in inmediate area where you are living, then you should go and sit there for a while, from time to time, when it is possible. Then try your best to talk to your self, ask yourself some positive questions, and get yourself some positive answers, it is not a very hard thing to do, for talking to myself, is a part of my daily occupation, and I find it to be a very great source of healing, it has worked for me, and I think it will work for you.
Many times when you in your post, have been calling my name, both for good and bad, and have also been crtisizing me, for one thing or another, all I do is to talk to myself about it, and ask myself some positive questions, about whatever you are saying about me, and after getting my answers, I then go ahead and assess them, and move on ahead to learn, as well as to teach, from the things which you say about me, both good and bad. As an African liberator I have no time to disturb myself, because the wickedness which has been and still is being committed against my own people of African origin, as well as Mama Africa is very great, and therefore, my mind is a very busy mind at this time in our struggle. I wish you goodness and humble standing whether you like it or not.
Again I send many oceans of blessings to African people everywhere.
ONE BLACK LOVE ONE BLACK HEART.
