first you would need power of attorney. secondly, you would need a proper definition of rape. third, you would need witnesses other than jehovah's. last but not least, you could only sue for the amount the state allows. in texas civil suits are a waste of time. a defendant is still entitled to things that can't be touched. not to mention assets elsewhere. ask oj.
but maybe, since you are connected, you could convince the antidafemnationleague to assassinate me.
by the way, ask some of kobe bryants relatives if the are sueing the young lady(or her fam) who accused him and then dropped it on bryants behalf.
