I just want to make a comment. The I said,
"When did he call Yeshuah and Solomon and so on Egypt names and said they were Egyptians, like you do?? WHEN?? Show me that speech!?What do you think would happen if a group of people were living in a foreign land with people of a different culture, religion, and language for 400 years? Do you think that the culture, religion, and language of those people would be absorbed by the dominant culture, religion, and language of the ones in power? The people will eventually adopt the culture, religon, and language. (The worship of the calf was shown in reverence of hathor, a kemetic goddess) They will identify themselves as a member of that society. This includes names. The bible states that Joseph was given a kemetic name. Just as Shedrach, Meshach, and Abednego were given babylonian names while imprisoned in Babylon. Etymologists have traced the origin of Moses as Kemetic. So I dont think it is a stretch to gather that the other hebrews had names which they were referred to in the language of Kemet. Just look at black people in america. Many dont even identify themselves as Afrikan any more. (names like larry, leroy, carol, susan, etc) They know no languages or cultures of indigeneous Afrikans. They call themselves 'Americans.' I dont see how the Hebrews who were "enslaved" in Kemet were able to avoid this.
And also, Haile Selassie did not make a speech about being vegetarians, growing locks, or smoking herb. Yet some Rastafari do these things. Maybe you do too. If so, why? His Majesty did not have a speech about it.
We were given our minds for a reason.
