Ian'I really don't post much but I did read the 1st scribe that Ras Marcus sent forward and now I have read the Idrens views as well. Well for this Nyahbinghi Dawta I would NEVER forward to a Binghi while I am going through I cleansing for at that time we ARE UNCLEAN(that was when I was still having them) ! Ian'I do know that having a cleansing cycle is really not normal for African Women... when we do have one it is Ian'I body is hemmering cleaning out all toxins that we consume.... If ones and ones don't consume toxins then your body would have nothing to clean out ! When I stopped eating cooked food and went just live that cleansing vibe forward as well. when Ian'I had I youth that is when the vibe came forward as I was giving birth to I prince ! So Idren I hear what the I is saying and I overstand where the I is coming from...... I give thanks that you came fourth with that said vibe.... This is not to step on any one this is just this dawta views on this said vibe!
