my brother, that was not really his destiny, he was given a work and a mission to be carried out, from he was a very young man, he did his best and did it well, to become the African, who cause the largest gatherings of African people, across the globe, shouting Africa for the Africans those at homeand those broads.
His great work was interrupted in the USA, when he was framed and imprisoned and deported, with terms like Cage that Tiger, being used in reference to him. I must say to you again that Marcus Garvey did not consider his work in the Western world to be finished at that time, for even at that time colonialism was still raging brutally in Mama Africa.
Marcus Garvey was born in the Western Hemisphere, and was educated by life, our internal teacher, to do as he was directed internally to do. There is no doubt that Marcus Garvey had the great intention of going home to the mother land, but if you understand his conception, he was only going to go home in dignity, as one who worked relentlessly, for the liberation of his African people everywhere.
Marcus Garvey did not imagine, that we as African people would be still living, in these lands of captivity, until these days, as I write to you. Marcus Garvey like myself, thought that liberation would have already come, and that we all would have travelled home together, in African dignity and integrity.
When you are an African liberator, you do not run away from your assignment or mission, and leave your people in captivity, you stay and continue in the struggles with your people, until there is nothing more that you can be helpful with, then it becomes the decision of the village, to take care of you, are send you home to Mama Africa, if that is the best thing to do. Marcus Garvey was an African Liberator, he was not just an ordinary person, who could just run off to Africa and forget the struggle and his people.
More over, Mother Nature and Father Time is the director of all things in this great Universe, and therefore what was to be, just had to be. I do hope that we can put this matter to rest at this time, and let us now call Marcus Garvey's name in praise, thanksgiving and respect, for his great liberation contribution, which he did make, and is still making, for African people everywhere.
Again I send many oceans of blessing to all African people everywhere.
