(A) Is it not fairly obvious that I was referring to your use of the word "SB" (initials transposed so as not to "intimate obscene language") with my referral to so-called obscene langauge? I had no intention of cussing you out. I was just pointing out that IT HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME BY ADMINISTRATORS THAT I CANNOT POST ANY 'OBSCENE' LANGUAGE OR INTIMATIONS OF SUCH OR MY POST COULD BE REMOVED. Since I doubt you want your posts to be removed (neither do I, whether I agree with them or not) I thought I would point that out to you.
(B) Are not the majority of 'Rastafarian practitioners' dark-skinned kinky-haired Africans? Maybe not in Oregon or somewhere but they certainly are 90+% of Rastas in my country, and the other 10% are mostly lighter-skinned Africans, a few East Indians and Amerindians, ain't no 'white Rastas' in GT that I know of.
(C) Prior to 'worshipping' (a word that does not apply to all rastas) Haile Selassie, did not the majority of these dark-skinned kinky-haired Africans, or their parents or grandparents, worship a blonde blue-eyed 'Jesus'? Have you ever seen a picture of this blonde blue-eyed Jesus firing a machine gun at white fascists?
(D)Where did I "deny" that Oromos etc. have been oppressed by the Amhara ruling class (among others). Just because I didn't scream it out in capital letters and exclamation points doesn't mean I 'deny' it. You didn't mention in your post, the treatment of the so-called pygmies by some Bantu people in Congo. Does this mean you "deny" it? I certainly wouldn't assume that. I would just assume that you didn't get around to mentioning it in your short post. Just as I made it clear that my post was short and incomplete due to time constraints. As this one will be because I have to leave the computer in about 2 minutes.
- Lastly I have been called a lot of things in the 3 years I've been on this board, several white people have called me a 'racist', some people have called me a 'fake ras' and worse for daring to suggest that homosexuals should be treated as human beings whether or not one agrees with their behavior, others have accused me of being some sort of shoot-from-the-hip wild speculator and would-be character assassin, but this is the first time I've been called an "agent of the Caucasian matrix." Quite amusing.
